Why Education Leaders Might Use Blogs.

Education Leaders need to use blogs for collaboration.  Action research enables a leader to use the knowledge from their learned theories and past experiences.  However, blogs can assist educators in learning what others have done that works.  They can acquire the necessary knowledge from others.  They will also learn what doesn't work, so they will ensure that they don't make the sam emistakes given the same situation.  Blogs can help education leaders reflect on what they have done, since reflection is a key factor in the action research process.  Finally, blogs can ube used as a source of motivation.  They will see over time how they have become stronger leaders through collaboration and effective action research.
